Question:

We have had one jack that locked up, managed to dismantle and found the screw had gone dry and the thread deformed. managed to clean up and and get it working .However, this is only tempory I will need to replace the jacks. would You be able to supply a pair with snap pins. I think Keystone use these LC178653 on the Cougars as well

We do have replacement landing gear legs with snap pins, though the part you referenced is specific to the Keystone Montana, so you will need something different.

Assuming you have the standard 15-1/2" inside-to-inside distance between weld stops, and your leg has a 29-1/2" outer tube then you can use replacement legs from Lippert:
