There are a lot of great options for air springs for your 2015 For F-450, but the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL57596 you were looking at will not fit your vehicle. If you are looking for a Air Lift brand kit, you can use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88349, but these have a weight capacity of only 5,000 lbs. If you need the extra weight capacity, you can use the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSDJ, which have a 12,000 lb weight capacity.
