We don't have specific RV cover rescue products for your Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Bumper Pull Trailer # 290-46002, but I have friends that use foam balls or cut tennis balls to great effect. You just need something that sits at the end of the gutter edge and those work great as a cushions between the gutter and the cover.
While you are storing your trailer, you might want to pick up the Camco Mini Dehumidifier # CAM44195.
