Question:
Can I get a replacement key for the Karrite Explorer cartop carrier? I have the key number

Expert Reply:
Since you have the number off the existing locks, you can likely get a replacement key if your lock has an 'N' or an 'E' prefix in front of the number. Since the part number of the correct replacement key is simply
'THKEYN' with the 3 or 4 digit number of the lock following, you can easily determine the correct part number for your replacement key. Say for instance that your existing locks have the number 'N123' stamped on them. In that instance, the correct part number for the replacement key would be # THKEYN123. Just use the 'THKEYN' prefix followed by the numbers. Input the number in the search box on our website, and you'll find the replacement key.
