What is 10 foot Range Relative to Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System #

Question:
If it is only good up to 10, how can it transmit to the monitor in my car when that is distance from the rear of the trailer to the driver is about 30?

The 10 foot range you mentioned for the Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System # 3378883010 is only for the remote which you'd be using while near the monitor. The camera is a wired connection to the monitor.
