any recommendations for a 5th wheel camper bike rack utilizing a 2inch receiver. would really like a platform style.

I have a solution for you, but there are not currently any receiver mounted platform racks that carry 4 bikes available to use on the back of a 5th wheel trailer. Instead, if you've got a solid steel rear bumper, you can use the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack # S80600 to carry 4 bikes on the back of your 5th wheel trailer. This is designed to work on 4" to 4-1/2" welded steel bumpers, only.

Since it doesn't come with locks, you may want to consider adding the etrailer 10' Long Cable Lock # e98891 to secure the bikes to the trailer during travel. I've linked a review video of this rack for you to have a look at.
