One Brake is Locking Up On Trailer

Question:
I have a 2019 Jayco white hawk I noticed on my last trip my brakes started to grab hard I always have factory controller set at 4.5 now I have set at 3 if I manually activate the brakes one wheel locks up.. any advice

I do have advice, because there are a couple different possibilities if just one brake locks up. One is that the brake needs to be adjusted as it is different than the other side so check that first. The other is that the wiring leading to the brake is crimped, broken, or otherwise damaged, and if so you'll need to replace the wiring or repair with 10 Gauge Wire # 10-1-1 and Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 12-10 Gauge # DW05745-5.
It could also be a damaged or faulty brake magnet, so you'll want to visually inspect the magnets; if you can see the copper windings coming through the magnets will need to be replaced. To test the magnets use a multimeter and follow the help article I have linked to guide you.
