For a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 short bed the only custom rail kit we offer for a fifth wheel hitch is the B and W rail kit part # BWGNRK1394-5W which would allow you to use the Companion Slider part # BWRVK3400-5W.
For standard rail kits you'd have to go with a universal style rail kit like part # RP30035.
