will the rm-2000-7 work with st235/80r16 8 lug 6.5

The Spare Tire Carrier for Roadmaster Tow Dollies # RM-2000-7 will only fit wheels up to 14 inches in diameter, so it won't work with your large 8 lug, 16 inch wheel and tire combo.
The only option we do have for a spare tire carrier for a wheel and tire that large is the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier with 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225.
This is also compatible for use with the Roadmaster tow dollies as well if you are looking to use one of those dollies and carry a large spare tire. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well.
