Will the pullrite superglide 2700 work in a 2011 Nissan Titan? The bed is under 6’. Thanks

Since the bed of your 2011 Nissan Titan is less than 6 feet you'd need a slider hitch that slides farther than the Superglide 2700 you referenced. There's currently only one hitch with that much sliding clearance and it's the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550040 which slides back 22-1/2 inches automatically. This is about twice as much as a standard slider hitch.
For a rail kit to fit this hitch in the bed of your 2011 Nissan Titan you'd want the part # DM8552021-71 and you'd be set.
