Updated 09/22/2020 | Published 09/18/2020 >
Question:
My left and right cameras are reversed on my furrion s 5” and now I have lost signal to my real camera. I have shut down powerfrom lights from vehicle to RV and disconnect system and POWERED BACK UP AND HELD RESET BUTTON. IT WILL NOT PAIR. I got the right and left back up workings but they are still reversed. I SHOUKD BE ABLE TO HIT THE PAIR BUTTON AND IT SHOULD WORK. IT WOUld ALSO BE Great IF I COULD HAVE THE RIGHT AND LEFT CAMERS Indicate CORRECTLY. WE HAD THE INSTALLED DEALERSHIP AND IT WAS CORRECT. THE. I MADE MATERS WORSE. MY HUSBAND IS not happy and I don’t want to pay for a service call that we should be able to fix ourselves

If you go the menu and select pairing, the location that the cameras are paired to will have a red link by it. From there you can move the side cameras to the correct orientation.
If the rear camera does not have power to it that would be an issue with wiring to that camera. That would be difficult to fix without going over the wiring that runs to it looking for any obvious signs of an incomplete circuit like cut or exposed wire and fix as needed.
