Do you have a diagram for installing a coupler repair kit?

I spoke with my contact at Curt and found that they do not have a diagram or installation instructions for installing the Curt Coupler Repair Kit, # C25194. I did pull the repair kit from my warehouse and made a video showing how to assemble the repair kit.
