Is there a trailer hitch receiver that allows me to tow with a 2020 BMW X5 xline? the SH89VR?

We do have an option for you to add a hitch receiver and tow with your 2020 BMW X5 xline, though the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH89VR has a receiver that is for use with accessories only.

In order to tow with your '20 BWM X5 xline, you can use that hitch, but will need to add another part, the Towing Kit with Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH58VR.

Or, if you prefer, the hitch, rack receiver, and towing kit are available in a complete package for your 2020 BMW X5 xline with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit # SH25VR.

This will give you a completely concealed hitch that won't be noticeable at all except if you are using the receiver or ball mount, both of which come with this package.
