The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BLU49FR is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Chevy TrailBlazer RS. Bumper fascia must be removed and replaced during installation. Requires some trimming of bumper (fascia, plastic, and/or grille) as well as some minor drilling.
