Can the Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack Be Painted

I am considering putting this on a custom boat trailer and I was wondering if I would be able to paint the surface on this trailer jack?

The Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack part # TV54FR has a nice wrinkle black powder coated finish. If needed, the powder coat could be sanded down and repainted/coated in a color of your choosing no problem.
