I have A freedom Hauler Tires 14 ply PSI reads at 110 Cold that’s what the tire should be inflated at 110

Expert Reply:
Trailer tires have max PSI ratings which they need to be inflated to when the tire is "cold." Cold means when the trailer is inactive enough that the tire is now the same temperature as the ambient air. It does not mean the tire needs to be cooled in any way. Typically it's easiest to check and inflate tires first thing in the morning or before the trailer has moved for the day and that would be the correct "cold" reading.
