Yes. The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56009 is confirmed to fit a 2020 Ford F-150. It simply plugs into your factory wiring connections at your tail lights and is run to the front of your vehicle for connection to your towing vehicle.
You will however also need the # RM-88400 relay to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. I've attached a video of each installation to assist.
