I am not familiar with any strap that is 18-24 inches in a style like this, so you may want to consider a cam strap like the etrailer Cam Buckle Cinch Straps w/ Buckle Protectors - 1" x 13' - 293 lbs - Qty 2 # E98876-2 or a CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps - 1" x 6' - 466 lbs - Qty 2 # IMF111640.
