Question:

Can the Roadmaster 2460-2570 Comfort Ride System be installed on a Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 240RL 5th wheel? My understanding is that the 150 Series have 4400K axles, which are a modified 3500K axle, according to Dexter. I would really like to upgrade to disc brakes as well, but these axles will not allow for that upgrade. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

For your 2020 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 240RL with 4400 lb axles the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers - Tandem 7K Trailer Axles Item # RM-2460-2570 is not compatible. I recommend Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3,500-lb Axle Item # RM-2450.

As far as a disc brake kit. There would be no way for me to know what modifications have been done to the axles. The Titan Disc Brake Kit and BrakeRite Electric-Hydraulic Actuator - Tandem, 3,500-lb Axle Item # T4843800 is designed for 3500 lb axles however, before ordering the kit you want to make sure the bearings that are currently on your trailer match what comes in the kit. You can check by removing one hub. You will find the bearing number on the ring of the bearing. Make sure you check both inner and outer bearings

The bearings in this kit are:
Inner bearing: L68149
Outer bearing: L44649
Races

Inner diameter: 1.719"
Outer diameter: 2.565"

You also want to make sure the bolt pattern is the same. This kit is Wheel size: 14" to 15"
