Trailer: 2005 Weekend Warrior LE3305, triples axles. Axles are flipped. Are the mounts adjustable for the additional clearance of the trailer?

Yes, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Add-On Kit # RM-2450-50 can be installed on trailers like yours that have the leaf springs mounted above the axles. I have actually attached an image from the complete installation manual that shows this orientation.
This particular kit is designed to take care of the third axle in conjunction with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2450. Both kits will give you everything you need for your triple axle Weekend Warrior.
