While we do have a video of a trailer wiring harness installation on a 2012 Kia Sorento, it is not for the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56328. Instead, the video we have, which I have linked for you below, is of an installation of the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118506.

Between the two harnesses, I highly recommend going with the Tekonsha for your 2012 Sorento. Not only have they proven to have the far more reliable harnesses, it also has the highest amp rating for your vehicle, so it gives you the best prevention against potential shorts.

To complete your towing set up, if you need a trailer hitch for your 2012 Kia Sorento I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75684.
