Yes he Roadmaster BrakeMaster System w BrakeAway for RVs w Air or Air Over Hydraulic Brakes - Proportional # RM-9160 and the seat adapter # RM-88130 are all you need to install this kit in your 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I attached an install video for you to use as a guide as well.
