I recommend getting the WeatherTech Mud Flaps # WT110031-120031 because they are easy to install, you don't have to drill and they have a nice digital fit that gives off an OEM look on your 2016 Ford F-250. If you have factory add-on fender flares you'll need those but if you don't you'll need Item # WT110020-120020. These come with both front and rear.

If you're looking for only the rear and you do not have add-on fender flares you want # WT120020 and if you do have the fender flares you need # WT120031.
