We do offer brackets to fit your truck. The Curt # C16418 brackets you had looked at are meant for a 2007-2010 Chevy 2500 or 3500 truck, and wouldn't work with your 2017 Silverado 1500.
For the brackets only, for your truck you'd need # C16400 which provides the frame brackets and the mounting hardware for the frame brackets or for the complete kit that also provides the bed rails and the hardware to attach the rails to the frame brackets, you'd need part # C16400-204
