I own a 2017 BMW x3 and a friend gave me the Thule OutWay 2. Is there an adapter to the hook can attach to the spoiler

There are available trunk mount racks available for your 2019 BMW X3 but The Thule OutWay 2 part # TH65JV is not confirmed to fit by Thule. There is no available adapter.
The Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack part # Y02634 is a good option if you do not have a carbon framed bike and the SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack part # 298-BK1910-BK is a great option for carbon bikes.
