Is it plastic like the old orginals? Does it come with the metal bracing as mine was distorted with a blowout

The Replacement Fender Assembly for Demco Kar Kaddy 3 Tow Dolly # DM97FR that you referenced is made from the same construction as what your dolly had on it originally. The main portion of the fender is plastic and there is a metal bracing on the underside as well.
