Question:
Hoping to avoid buying an F-350. New 35’ 5th wheel will have a 15K GVWR with 2350 hitch weight. Plan to add generator and stackable W/D which will add 500 lbs. to 5th wheel up front. Dealer says I should be hovering around 3000 lb. payload which puts me close to F-250 max. Looking to enhance the suspension prevent sway, keep level, etc. and wondering if I should also increase payload capacity. How can I best do this without compromising the ride quality, especially when I am not towing? I drove the F-350 and it is much stiffer than the F-250. Thanks, folks.

The best suspension enhancement solution we have for your 2020 Ford F-250 which will give you the support you want and not sacrifice ride quality is the part # RAS3611-SHD. This can provide up to 3,000 lbs of additional suspension support (does not change your payload capacity though as nothing can) and unlike other options is known for improving the ride quality.
