Can Patriot Hitch Adjustable Drop Adapter be Used with LockNroll Coupler

Question:
I lifted my truck with the LockNRoll and now need to the vehicle side mount. This is considerably less that their product, I can keep my existing straight mount and i like how it adjusts the as needed vs an adjustable attachment to a fixed piece of metal. Will this work?

You can use the Patriot Hitch Adjustable Drop Adapter part # PH54FR with your Lock N Roll setup to easily change the rise/drop of the ball mount. You should keep in mind that when using a hitch adapter like this you cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent due to the additional leverage and movement created.
