Does Thule Stacker TH830 Fit Factory Crossbars of 2019 Toyota Highlander

I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander with factory crossbars. I also have 4 Recreational Kayaks that I’d like to transport on the roof. Can the Thule Stacker TH830 be used for our car? Thanks!!
