Updated 08/12/2020 | Published 08/10/2020

Question:

My 1980 cushman uses 5.7-8 tires on a wheel that has a 4 bolt by 3.75 inch diameter bolt pattern. You show a wheel with a 4 x 4 bolt pattern. What is the exact diameter of the 4 x 4 bolt pattern that you sell. Is it 4.0 inches or 3.75 inches. I have check the diameter of my wheels three times.

We do not carry any wheels with a 4 x 3-3/4 inch bolt pattern. The 4 on 4 inch option like the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM30153 is 4 inches from center of wheel lug hole to center of wheel lug hole. If you are measuring between the holes instead of center on center that would account for the difference.

The only diameters that you should be measuring is the outer diameter of the tire which in this case is 18 inches and the pilot hole diameter which is only necessary for trim as the pilot hole in the center of the wheel doesn't center the tires because the lug nuts do that on trailer wheels.
