Possible to Add Third Crossbar to Roof of 2015 Toyota Sienna

Hi Ive got a 2015 toyota sienna... I have factory rails and a yakima rack system that clamps on to the rails. I want to carry a 17foot canoe and Id really like a 3rd crossbar further forward than the factory rails go. Does anyone make a rack that clamps on to the doorframe? I have a yakima q tower system from another vehicle but they dont appear to make clips for the sienna. I considered a thule goalpost or similar hitch mounted system to get additional spread between the crossbars but the way the canoe sits I really need something further forward thanks
