Im looking for a ring to install on my trailer. the bolt measurements on center are left to right- is 5 inches up and down is-8 inches the trailer and boat are around 23,000 pounds

There aren't any lunette rings that have a bolt pattern which measures 5" horizontally by 8" vertically so the best we can offer is a new lunette ring and mounting plate you would have to weld on. You can choose from either a 2-1/2" or 3" lunette ring, depending on what you need.
