In order to confirm fit of the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit you simply need to know the axle capacity or axle diameter. It does not need to be a Dexter axle in order for the kit to work. If you have 2-3/8" diameter axles which are usually 3,500 lbs then use part # K71-384-00 but if they are 3" diameter which are usually between 5,200 lbs and 7,000 lbs then use part # K71-385-00.
The Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 300TQ likely uses 3/8" diameter axles which are 3,500 lbs so part # K71-384-00 should be correct.
