Yes as long as you had a roof rack installed on your 2019 Honda Civic 4-Door with a decent amount of bar space like the 54 inch long Inno roof rack # INB137, # INSUT, and # INK684 you could have the Dock Grip # TH895 and the Hullaport # TH834 installed at same time pretty easily.
