Question:
Replacement for 5”OD x 3 1/2” roller with 1” ID x 1 1/4” long nylon bushing and 1” ID / 2” OD Washers?

The closest option we have to what you are looking for is the part # YR500YW-8PEZ which is 5 inch in diameter, 3 inches wide, and fits a 1 inch diameter shaft. So aside from the width of your roller being 1/2 inch wider this would fit well. This is also made from the non-marking thermoplastic.
