Can Hinge Pin # HP34412G Be Used on Dump Trailer

Question:
Hello. Im looking for weld on grease pins for the pivots/hinges on a dump trailer. Would these pins part number HP34412G be strong enough for this application? Thanks.

While the Hinge Pin # HP34412G doesn't list an official weight capacity, it's 3/4" steel construction features a really high shear strength (well over 2,000 pounds). With this in mind it should be plenty capable for use on your dump trailer.
