What Waill the Usable WrapAround Crossbar Are be when The Yakima Outpost is Installed

Question:
Where the crossbar attaches to the towers, what is the distance between them across? We are trying to attach a Thule rack that has attachments 24” apart and we want to make sure that won’t interfere.

While it can vary slightly the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack w/ Tonneau Cover Adapter part # Y01152-5955 will give you a usable wrap around area that is 5-6" smaller than the width of your truck bed. This on your 2019 Chevrolet Colorado should be well above the requirement you have for your Thule rack that needs 24" of bar space.
As another option some Thule products come with both wrap around or slot adapters that allow you to mount your accessories in the slots of the bars and with these crossbars that would give you 72" to work with.
If you would like to fill me in on the part number of your Thule accessory I can attempt to find the t-slot adapters if you do not still have them.
