Troubleshooting Everchill Model WD-282FWDC that Runs But Won't Cool

Question:

REFRIGERATOR RUNS BUT DOES NOT COOL. HAS BEEN ON FOR OVER 24 HOURS, UNPLUGGED IT FOR 2 HOURS HOPING FOR RESET BUT STILL NOT COOLING. 12.7 VOLTS AT CONNECTION ON BACK OF REFRIGERATOR. ANY IDEAS?

I need some help getting detailed troubleshooting information for EverChill 12v refrigerator. How do I get tech support and how can I get repair parts once I find out whats wrong? I have 12.7 vdc at inverter but compressor does not run. Lights and temp control are lit inside refrigerator compartment, fan runs.

For detailed troubleshooting on your Everchill fridge you're going to want to reach out to a local appliance shop and have a technician come out and look at it with you. They should also be able to help you out with any repairs parts.

@BennieB I have the same problem. Lights, fan, 13v at the compressor board but no voltage at the compressor plug. I need to know about testing the temp probe or replacing the board

Make sure you have air flow and nothing is blocked off. Listen for the compressor to turn on/off. Make sure it's getting the right amount of voltage too. You may need to have a tech come look at it though.
