I have a 2019 Nissan Frontier pro 4X 5’ bed with utilitrac and bed liner. Would this be a good option for this truck?

The Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Load Stops # EM07705 will technically fit your 2019 Nissan Frontier 5' bed, but you're going to have to remove the Utili-Track System to do so. This ladder rack uses a clamping system that uses the same space as where the track is located (see attached).
If you'd like a ladder rack system that allows you to keep your track system installed then you can use either the Thule TracRac SR # TH43001XT-603 or the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5868.
The TracRac SR can slide anywhere along the bed rail and comes with a 1,250 lb weight capacity while the OverHaul HD installs using the Utili-Track rails, has a height adjustment, and a weight capacity of 500 lbs. If you don't need the extra weight capacity then I highly recommend the OverHaul HD because it's one of the easiest ladder racks that I've installed and it looks really clean.
