Parts Needed for Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer to Carry 40" and 48" Wide Fishing Kayaks

Updated 07/27/2020 | Published 07/23/2020

Question:

I am going to purchase a Blue Sky Boatworks angler 360 and a Jackson Big Rig FD. Both are 134inch in length. The Blue Sky is 48inch wide and the Jackson is 40inch wide. Questions: 1. If I am reading the product description and specs correctly, this trailer can be rigged to accommodate both kayaks in a side by side profile. Am I correct? If I am correct, I will need you to design the trailer and send me the proper parts list with links to each one. I cannot seem to find the parts that I need. I would like the boat bunkers that are self leveling.

The Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer # MPG535 has 86" wide crossbars so you will be able to lay both kayaks side-by-side and they will stick out 1" on either side.

The best kayak carrier for your application is the Malone MegaWing Fishing Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG207 because you will be able to easily load up each kayak and it has a weight capacity of 150 lbs so it should be able to handle the size of your kayaks just fine. Obviously you'll need 1 set of this carrier per kayak.

We don't have this specific setup set together as a kit but all you'll have to do is place both of these in your cart and then place your order! I have attached some videos for you to check out.
