Question:
I have a Harbor Freight trailer that came with 5.3-12inch wheels/tires 5 on 4.5 lug bolt pattern. I believe the hub is 3.19. What other dimensions must I know to put these tires on my trailer as an upgrade?

In order to upgrade to larger wheels/tire like the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C # TA43RR you need to first confirm the bolt pattern on the wheels which for the above is 5 on 4-1/2" and then the dimensions which are 24" diameter x 7" wide. The 5.30-12 tires measure 21.5" diameter x 5.3" wide which means the new size will be around 2.5" larger in diameter and 1.7" larger in width but keep in mind you only need to account for half of these measurements when measuring your clearance.
