where are the tires made?

Hey George. Kenda trailer tires like item # KE36JV, like most trailer tires, are primarily made in Asian countries like Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. There are markings on each tire indicating which facility they were manufactured at but to read the coding you would need to reach out to Kenda.
The only Radial trailer tires that are currently made in the United States are the Goodyear Endurance line. Carlisle has a bias ply line of tires made here, but all of their Radial tires are also made overseas.
What kind of trailer do you have?
