Installation Location of Demco SL Rails in 2003 Chevy Silverado

How far from the edge of the box do these rails need to be i stalled

The Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for Demco Hijacker SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM8553004-12 are installed 20-3/4 inches from the rear of the box. The instructions don't specify the measurements from the side of the box, but the mounting brackets ensure the locations are correct on the sides which are attached directly to the truck frame rail.
I've attached a photo from the instructions to assist.
