First, thank you for the quick delivery of my last order. my question is if I order this part # HM43534 for my frontier I just acquired is there anything additional I need to go with it. Currently, I will use this with a 12 utility trailer so I dont need a brake controller. Thanks

The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Flat Connectors # HM43534 will require additional parts for compatibility with your 2019 Nissan Frontier.

Because of this I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 which will give you all the parts you need and then if you want to change out the 7-way for a 7-way with 4-way connector you can use the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # HM40950.
