Troubleshooting New Everchill 324-000119 RV Refrigerator Not Getting Cold

Question:

Can you help me troubleshoot my brand New Refrigerator. I just bought a new RV. now, I discover it has a DC only refrigerator. It is a Ever Chill. I used it for one trip, struggled to keep my batteries charged. pretty much had to run my generator the whole time. now the refrigerator, acts like it is running, but not getting cold...!!!!!! According to Everchill, the first and most important thing you'll want to do is check that it's receiving a full 12V of power. If it's not getting enough power, the lights may work, but there won't be enough power to cycle the compressor. This is typically the issue in cases like this. The refrigerator is covered by a 1 year warranty.
