How do u I buy 03347? Don’t see it anywhere on the website only see the whole rebuild kit with everything.

The Replacement Latch 03347 was discontinued so the only option is to get it in the complete SportRack Replacement Hardware Kit # SR05587. Since that piece has been discontinued though I'm not sure how much longer these replacement hardware kits will be available since it's part of that kit.
