I have a trailer with 5 pin round connector currently, Can I convert this to a 4 pin flat to match the tow vehicle? Trailer wiring is below. Red = Brake Light Green = Rt Turn Signal Yellow = Lt Turn signal Brown = Running lights White = Ground Thanks!

You can switch your trailer's 5-round to a 4-way flat with a couple of different parts. Start by replacing your trailer's 5-way with the 4-Pole Trailer End Connector # 18004.
Since you have separate brake and turn signals you will also need a converter to combine them in order to work with the 4-way. For this you will need the Curt 2-To-3-Wire Tail Light Converter # C56196.
