The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 3K to 6K # LC279687 is the correct equalizer for 33 inch or 35 inch spread. You will need to measure your current equalizer from center of hole to center of hole left to right. This system is 5-1/2 inches on center at rest. I've attached a video showing this equalizer on a 35 inch axle spread.
If your system requires a wider equalizer measurement like # K13-142-02, the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 5.2K # LC314336 is a fit for 3,500 to 5,200 lbs and measures 14-5/8 inches on center.
The leaf springs and shackle straps can change the dimensions needed, so I recommend going with the system that more closely resembles your current equalizer. If you need more help, let me know your equalizer and shackle strap dimensions.
