Install Video of Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit WM8208

Question:

I have the WM 8208 and the wheel covers will not go on with the mounts on the rims. The RV is sitting on a 2017 Ford E-450 Super Duty. I have not seen a video showing the installation of the wheel cover over the mounts. I have to mount them on the wheel cover and they dont stay and have secured them with duct tape. Is there a video? I dont see how it would work as my covers are deep and one solid piece. Help please with either a video with the installation of the wheel covers once the mounts are on the rims or pictures. I would prefer to get the hub mounts but I dont see them sold separately as the wheel cover mounts come off and cause a hazard of potentially causing some serious tire damage.

I do have an installation video of the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit part # WM8208 but keep in mind that the kit is more or less universal and not every wheel it will be installed on is the same so your application could vary. That said, the mounts for the rear wheels are designed to clip onto the outside lip of the wheel similar to a wheel weight. If this method will not work for your wheels then you may need to adjust the clip to better suit your wheels or possibly use some sort of adhesive if it will just not grab onto the lip of the wheel. I suggest a durable double sided tape.
