I have a blue ox adventurer BX 7322 tow bar, can I use it on this mount? If not directly, is there an adapter? thanks

The Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar, part # BX7322, will work with Blue Ox base plate kits that have a bracket distance between 16-34 inches. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, part # BX1976, that you referenced for your 2009 Jeep Liberty has a distance of 22 inches between the brackets, and uses removable tabs, so it should work well for you. You will not need an adapter.
